Bookkeeping: We can complete your bookkeeping needs each quarter. We reconcile your bank accounts and ensure your GST is filed on time. Or if you would prefer yearly bookkeeping we do that too. Quarterly/annually paperwork drop off is usually completed by you or if you are ready to transfer documents online, we are ready for that!

Payroll: We can create pay cheques for your employees bi-weekly and help ensure payroll liabilities are paid on time. At the end of the year we make sure the T4’s are ready for each employee and the T4 Summary is filed with CRA. Records of Employment (ROE) are also included!

Corporate Tax Returns: At the end of your fiscal year, we can ensure your tax return is filed with all necessary schedules. Even if the bookkeeping is done on your own, that is fine with us. We will complete any necessary year end adjustments then prepare and file the corporate tax return, and your personal one too!

How much does an “all-inclusive” service cost?
Each business has unique needs. Depending on which services are required changes the costs. The range for full all-inclusive services depends on the transaction size of the corporation.
(Regular all inclusive services for a small corporation would be: monthly reconciliation of (1) one bank account and (1) one credit card completed on a quarterly basis, (1) one personal tax return, (1) one GST return, (1) one corporate tax filing, (1) one annual return with the provincial registries starts at $275.00 / month)
An Actual 2025 Year Real Life Client Example:
A construction business called ABC Inc.1 operates in Alberta and has 2 full time employees. Lamco Management Inc. provides an all-inclusive service for ABC that consists of: bi-weekly payroll, monthly payroll liability remittances, bank and credit card reconciliations, quarterly GST filings, software for customer invoicing, annual WCB Return, Alberta Annual Registries Return, records of employment (ROE’s) as necessary, yearly T4SUM filing and T4 preparation, and a T2 Corporate Tax Return including all necessary filings at year end. Also included is 3 personal tax filings for the business owner and family. ABC has one operating bank account, a savings account and two corporate credit cards. All work is done remotely, and each quarter the business provides electronic receipts. At year end the business owner provides misc. documents via email necessary for final adjustments. Lamco Management has online banking access to print all bank and credit card statements, create CRA installment payments, GST payments and corporate tax payments for the client. These services cost $535.50 per month including GST.
